In challenge three we started with a short introduction from Marcus. He asked us why not everywhone do that on the same way. Is it because everybody has a different culture I asked myself? Maybe...
We discussed that in group and you could see that there where a lot of differents between the nationalities.
BUT
Cultureshock
definition: It's a result of a series of disorienting encounters that occur when an individual's basic values,beliefs, and patterns of behaviour are challenged by a different set of values beliefs, ande behaviours.
That's the short definition that I thin the most important. You have a challenged by a different set !
What tools can we use to become open minded?
STOP with stereotyp thinking!
example:
You can see president Obama and Operah Winfrey. Two persons who are not white. Are they bad because they are black? NO! Don't think stereotyp!
( In the class we maked also examples like a girl who smokes in public is a bad girl, etc,...)

- open your hart for innovation
- the words ASK and QUESTION from the first challenge are again important.
